Look Keapfusionsoft is still a great tool.
But fact is they’re just on the wrong path and only 'Keap' making things worse.
It truly pains me to say that since I've built my entire career helping the world's top marketers leverage it's power to grow and automate their businesses since the very early days... 2007ish.
But for the past several years they just keep building subpar features that no one wants while not fixing important and simple things that have remained broken for years...
The support team is usually clueless and often provides completely wrong advice...
And now that they've combined no more unlimited email sending with multiple crazy price hikes over the past year with no warning and no grandfathering of long term customers.
Pretty sure they’ll soon also be disabling a lot of the legacy features like Action Sets and Billing Automations as well as they try to move all the classic accounts to Ultimate or whatever they're calling it this month.
Not to mention that you still really gotta have all these 3rd party tools to really make it work right: Clickfunnels, Memberium, PlusThis, Zapier, Oncehub or Calendly, Segmetrics, Hyros or Wicked Reports. It all adds up to an extra $300-$500+ a month and creates a maze of integrations and failure points.
